Privacy Policy

This is a general privacy notice covering how Marlbridge currently handles personal information. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need a policy for a specific regulatory regime, have it checked before relying on it.

Who we are

Marlbridge is an education platform operated by Learners Academy, based in Pakistan. For any question about this policy or your personal information, write to hello@marlbridge.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Your country
• The program and subject you're asking about, if selected
• The message you write

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through the website. Our web pages are static; we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies of our own. Loading fonts from Google Fonts causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you or your learner needs and to get back to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiries involving a minor

Many of our learners are under 18. Where an enquiry concerns a minor, we expect it to be submitted by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or guardian. Please don't include more information about a minor than is needed to respond to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and delete or anonymise it once it's no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@marlbridge.com. We will respond directly.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle personal information changes materially — for example, if we start using an analytics or CRM tool — we will update this page and the date above.
