Sending the form is a request, not a booking. We check which specialist is free for your subject and level, agree a time in your own time zone, and confirm it with you before anything is scheduled.

The first trial class is free. The free trial runs in whichever format you are considering: a real group class, or an individual one-to-one class.

Is the trial class really free?
The first trial class is free. There is no charge and no obligation to continue.
Is the trial one-to-one or in a group?
The free trial runs in whichever format you are considering: a real group class, or an individual one-to-one class. If you are considering group tuition, the trial is a real group class -- same length and same teacher as the classes that follow. If you are considering one-to-one tuition, the trial is an individual class with the teacher.
How long is the trial class?
It is a real class, so it runs for the normal length of the format you are trying. Group classes: 45 to 50 minutes per class, 3 classes a week, per subject. One-to-one classes: 1 hour per class. How many classes you take is up to you.
How quickly will I hear back?

Does submitting this form book the class?
No -- this sends a request. Marlbridge replies to confirm a teacher and a time before anything is scheduled, in your own time zone.
Can I ask for a particular teacher?
You can ask, and we will tell you honestly whether that teacher has room at the level and time you need. We will always tell you who is teaching before the class is scheduled, but we cannot guarantee a specific teacher in advance.
What if I am not sure of the exam board or the right format?
Choose "Not sure" or "Help me decide". The teacher will check the syllabus with you, and explain the difference between group classes (a monthly fee per subject) and one-to-one classes (a fee per class) before anything is arranged.
What happens if I want to continue after the trial?
Fees are billed monthly, starting once your free trial class has taken place. There is no separate registration or enrolment fee — the tuition fee is the only cost. You can cancel or pause at any time. The month you've already paid for isn't refunded, but you won't be billed again once you cancel.
Where does Marlbridge teach?
Marlbridge teaches in person at its academy in Lahore, Pakistan, and live online to learners anywhere else, with lesson times agreed in their own time zone.
