Cambridge International AS & A Level Economics (9708)
Cambridge International AS & A Level Economics allows students to experience the diverse and dynamic world within which economics exists, developing an understanding of both micro- and macroeconomic theory and how it can be applied. — Cambridge, official syllabus page
Syllabus for exams in 2026, 2027 and 2028 (Version 1, published September 2023). AS Level covers topics 1-6 (basic economic ideas and resource allocation, the price system and the microeconomy, government microeconomic intervention, the macroeconomy, government macroeconomic intervention, international economic issues); A Level adds topics 7-9 building further micro- and macroeconomic depth.
