AQA GCSE Biology (8461)

AQA GCSE Biology builds on the skills, knowledge and understanding established in key stage 3, developing scientific knowledge and conceptual understanding through biology's key ideas and the ability to evaluate claims based on science. — AQA, official syllabus page

First teaching September 2016. Linear, tiered: Foundation and Higher tier. Two written papers (Paper 1: topics 1-4; Paper 2: topics 5-7), each also drawing on Key ideas and Working scientifically.
