Questions from parents and students
How much does Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry (0620) tuition cost?
Group classes are charged per subject, per month: for example Rs 19,000 in Pakistan, 270 AED in the UAE and £60 in the UK. One-to-one classes are charged per class instead: Rs 3,500 per class in Pakistan. Every region's rates are on the pricing page. The first trial class is free.
How long are classes, and how often?
Group classes: 45 to 50 minutes per class, 3 classes a week, per subject. Groups have at most 15 students. One-to-one: 1 hour per class. How many classes you take is up to you.
When are the classes?
Class times are agreed with you before the first class, in your own time zone. There is no fixed public timetable, so tell us when you are free on the trial form.
What happens after I request a trial?
We reply to WhatsApp messages within an hour, between 8am and 11pm Pakistan time every day, and to email enquiries the same day. We match you with a specialist teacher, agree a time in your own time zone, and send the joining details.
Do you teach Core or Extended 0620?

| Paper 6: Alternative to Practical | 1h | 40 | 20% * | Written exam |
* Candidates sit one of the components marked with an asterisk, not all of them.
Source: official Cambridge specification, verified 2026-08-26. A candidate of either tier sits ONE of Paper 5 (Practical Test) or Paper 6 (Alternative to Practical), not both – both worth 20%, so only one of the two counts towards the total. No explicit first-teaching date is published by Cambridge for this syllabus.
